RULES AND ENTRY GUIDELINES

1. Photos must be taken within the last 12 months.
2. One photo, taken standing side-on must be provided for each horse entered (with the exception of Classic/Best Head classes).
3. Entry fee is $5 per class, and $10 per entry in the All Breeds Challenge.
4. Closing date is strictly 28 March 2008.
5. Entries will be judged on 6 April 2008.
6. Results will be announced 14 April 2008.
7. Photos must be accompanied by Owners name and postal address (for posting of ribbons), Horses name, registration and date of birth.
8. Horses must be owned by the person entering.
9. Pending registrations will be accepted.
10. Photos must not be modified or enhanced in any way.
11. Professional photos may be used, as long as they are accompanied by written permission from the photographer.
12. Entrants must be residents of Australia or New Zealand.
13. Classes with 5 or more entrants 1st, 2nd and 3rd will be awarded
14. Classes with 3-4 entrants, 1st and 2nd will be awarded
15. Classes with 1-2 entrants, 1st will be awarded only.
16. Extra classes may be added if entries permit.
17. Same photo may be entered in multiple classes.
18. Judges decision is final.
19. No refunds.
20. Horse and Owner names will not be displayed until judging has ceased.
21. Classes are LED classes only, with the exception of costume classes.
22. Payment can be by Credit Card (secure link to paypal), Direct Deposit into the Arabs Inc account, or by posting a cheque or money order. See the Enter page for details.
23. When emailing your photos, please note the maximum size is 1MB. Photos above this size will not be accepted. A preferable size is anywhere up to 500kb, and resolution of 72DPI.
24. Horses MUST NOT be wearing ribbons in photos.
